Dear Joe, I used E-Z Press today to make some mousepads. It works great, and I wish I could say the same for the Transferjet paper from (not gonna say). I ruined two pads trying to use that paper--the mousepad and the paper became fused. I tried it again and the same thing happened. So, duh, I used some paper I bought on eBay, and I have a printed-on mousepad! That transferjet paper cost me a $1.00 a sheet so I naturally thought it would be much better than the paper I bought on eBay for $.29 a sheet. Sometimes you don't get what you paid for.

 

Anyway, I went to eBay and gave you excellent feedback about your E-Z Press--hope it will help you sell more. I love it and look forward to making many beautiful items with it. Thank you.

I purchased an EZ Press from you last year, maybe about September or so and I LOVE IT! In fact, I have a thriving tee shirt business but am find that I can't print on small tee's for infants and children... so I'm wondering... do you do custom work? I need something SMALLER! I think the platen size could stay the same but the base needs to be smaller, say 6X10 or so to do little baby stuff. Is that possible?????

Hello –
I just bought my 2^nd E-Z press from you through Ebay. I’ve had great success with the first, and have had many inquiries through other potential ebay bidders asking about the whole transaction and my feedback. I’m a happy customer and have told these people so, so much that I’ve added another press to my operations.

I’m emailing because I just received my 2^nd press and see that you’ve made some design modifications. They’re great, for the most part, but I have a problem with the padded base. It’s the piece opposite the hot plate. The base on my machine measures only 13 ½” by 10” instead of the 14” x 10” that is in the product description. My first machine has a base that measures correctly, at the 14 x 10. Can you replace this padded base with one that measures the full 14”? I use these machines for melting fusible webbing onto fabric that I cut into appliqués and losing that ½” has disastrous implications. I use the full 14 x 10 area of the heat press.

This measurement has become the unit of measurement for my entire process.

It looks like it should be rather simple to replace, but I need it quickly. I’d be happy to send you the original padded base as soon as I receive a replacement, but I will need to start using this one soon.

Can you take care of this for me? Thanks!
